They have many offices in south Florida so no matter which office you choose you will be provided excellent care. I went for my first visit last week and I only waited 5 minutes before being called in. I have had sinus related issues for years including post nasal drip and most recently horrible sinus headaches and pressure. I have seen many ENT doctors over the years but none that really stuck out to me as great doctors. Dr. Vivero was very nice and actually listened to me when I was explaining my symptoms. After being misdiagnosed with sinusitis by another doctor, taking antibiotics I did not need, and suffering for weeks with debilitating pain above my eye he finally gave me a correct diagnosis. It turns out I have cluster headaches and he referred me to a neurologist. I am so relieved to finally know what is wrong with me. At least now I have a plan for treatment as before coming here I was starting to feel hopeless. A few days after my visit the doctor actually called me to see how I was feeling. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by this as I do not think a doctor has ever called me to check up on me. I cannot recommend him enough as not only does he provide excellent bedside manner but he is also extremely knowledgeable.

I told the staff who answered the phone to please, please see if an appointment can be made asap to resolve my problem, they advertise 14 Dr's on staff.. She said the scheduler was on lunch break and wouldn't be back for another 1 1/2 hours, but promised me I would receive a call back to try and help... I "NEVER" received a call back...Not even a courtesy call back. I finally called back never talking to same staff, another staff told me it would take at least two weeks for an appointment at another South Florida ENT location. Now I understand the horror stories regarding South Florida Ent. This is Miami now. What a shame.

Unfortunately billing practices are unusual that even if you have insurance they will charge the office visit and 20% copay upfront. So expect to pay a lot up front. The office would also benefit from stress reduction classes as the front desk staff is quite curt sarcastic and display quite a defensive attitude. We were surprised about their billing and asked to be billed but were greeted by confrontational behavior...if you can get past the behavior- what counts as patient care from the doctor is amazing.
