They also gave me a referral for a local place that seems perfect. Ultimately, I didn't receive any treatment on this visit, so I can't comment on that. Poor practices regarding work, records-release, and general honesty…read more Rude staff makes it very evident that they don't want to provide requested records, when they do send them it is partial. When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

At the front desk, Sam and Sara were helpful in getting me into the dentist even tho i was like 20 minutes late they still got me in and started my x-rays while i waited. They were also really nice and talkative. Salena was the assistant for the Dr. and she helped relieve a lot of my anxiety about the appointment by talking to me the entire time and checking in on me. When the Dr came in, Dr. Karina, she was really helpful in answering any questions i had and walked me through what she was going to do and why and then explained what i needed and why. Overall, the staff at Galleria are really understanding, helpful, and kind people and that's saying a lot as someone who refused to go to the dentist out for a long time out of fear.

OH and not to mention they literally had other patients information in 2 different areas of the room. the computer was open to a patients file, and the wall next to the door literally had names of everyone coming in that day and their full names, time of appointment, and duration of appointment. my sons full name was on there. i included pictures below and scratched off any identifiable information of everyone on there, but if you go here, just know anyone can see your name here at any time. i would not recommend this place, even for an adult like myself simply because of the way they handled all this today.

Several months later, I get a phone call from the office explaining that the insurance claim was denied and I would need to pay $600 out of pocket. So I presume that is common business practice to throw their patients under the bus because they cannot file their insurance claims correctly?
