When requested a second time to send complete records they do not comply and send piece by piece, resulting in unnecessary back and forth due to their incompetence and VERY evidently bad attitude. They make it difficult for the client to practice their lawful right of having access to healthcare records which have already been paid for via service requested in the first place. Dental work is very poor, my tooth was left sharp and jagged, and unable to be flossed. Upon 2nd correction the other dentist in the facility had terrible things to say about the work provided by their associate. After 3 times it was never fully corrected by them. Pricing changes based on the staffs mood, unlike other dentists that provide up-front pricing irrelevant of insurance and mood. The staff gets very defensive because they cannot provide legitimate answers, they are inconsistent and dishonest.

The actual process took a few hours but other than that everything was fine. That was until the billing nightmares. I was harassed on my work phone where the billing coordinator told my coworker "Please have Christine call Accurate Endodontics back as she owes us money" (which I didn't owe them anything). I was processed under the wrong name with insurance. So I paid OVER what I actually owed for the entire procedure the same day at the office. I didn't owe them anything and I actually overpaid because they used the wrong percentage to estimate my total. They actually owed me! (I had to do the math with Linda multiple times over the phone- it was horrendous). Long story short Linda was trying to come after me for an additional $30 and then "billing/late fees" totaling around $100. Honestly the story doesn't even matter. I had multiple 30 minute phone calls with Linda, yes this is the owner and person who did my root canal, arguing with me and uses phrases such as "This is FUBAR" and telling me I was in the wrong. I didn't give her wrong information for my insurance yet she was still attacking me because I was processed under a different person who had worse insurance than me. I even had a coworker sit in to witness a phone call with her and after she was IN SHOCK by how Linda was speaking to me. She also lied and tried saying I signed some wavier about "mad cow disease and something overseas in France" and I still had to pay an additional $50 for that. So after the "$50" she only owed me $10. So I asked her to mail me the agreement I signed, she never did (because it was a lie). In the end she paid me the $60 that I overpaid from the beginning. Personally I just felt attacked over something I had zero control over. Worst experience ever.

OH and not to mention they literally had other patients information in 2 different areas of the room. the computer was open to a patients file, and the wall next to the door literally had names of everyone coming in that day and their full names, time of appointment, and duration of appointment. my sons full name was on there. i included pictures below and scratched off any identifiable information of everyone on there, but if you go here, just know anyone can see your name here at any time. i would not recommend this place, even for an adult like myself simply because of the way they handled all this today.

Never believe on the estimate they provide for any treatment. There was a big difference between the estimate and the actual billing. I had my wisdom tooth extraction in April 2023 and the estimate for 2 wisdom extraction was given to me ~$271 and I was told that we checked the numbers with insurance and this will be approx. After estimate they got a document signed where it was mentioned that this is an estimate and actual will be after the treatment but you don't worry it will not be a big difference as we have already verified from Insurance but I recieved multiple bills after 2 months of treatment which was in total of approx $1000 to be paid from my pocket after insurance. Think of a gap between approx $271 to $1000 and when I called them then they were just keep saying, It was just an estimate and you signed it. You need to pay this and we can't do anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless someone need to take a risk of paying lot extra to them.
