Tried on our own for two days to clear some kitchen furniture from England - got nowhere. Michael accomplished it efficiently and successfully. If we could give 10 stars we would. BEWARE of using him for any freight or shipping needs. he totally messed up my export documents which cost me thousands extra and so I asked him to help by discounting it. he responded by demanding payment in full the same day or he was keeping my cargo. Then after I paid under duress, I obtained over $3,500 in penalties because he screwed up the paperwork so bad. When I ask for some money back to pay the fines, his response was to take him to court. HE IS A MODERN DAY PIRATE!!! read more

After my recent experience with with this company, I feel compelled to share my frustration and disappointment. As a small business owner, I was looking forward to a smooth process, but what I encountered was far from it. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my shipment. Whenever I did manage to get through, the staff seemed uninformed and uninterested. Secondly, the fees were not transparent. I was initially quoted a reasonable price, but as the process dragged on, they kept adding on charges for unclear reasons. This lack of transparency is unacceptable in any business. Finally, the delivery was significantly delayed. They had assured me that the process would be efficient, but it ended up taking weeks longer than promised, causing major disruptions to my business operations. In summary, I would never recommend this company. Their service was unprofessional, costly, and inefficient. I will be looking elsewhere for my future customs brokerage needs. read more

I have never known any one that that can do what Michael Dubin can do. Hi is just the best. He has helped me out of a pickle more then once. I have never asked him a question with out him giving me the answer . Or finding out the answer From shipping to customs labeling regulations. He gets the job done. read more
