I was NEVER clearly told that the 15% fuel surcharge applies to both labor and travel time, even when the truck isn't being used. Chris, their customer service rep defended the "expert" process, offered a $100 credit, and called it a day. A move I expected to cost around $500-$600 ended up costing $910. TERRIBLE customer service, and I won't be using them again.

He printed it on economy paper and handed to me what looked like the last run before needing an ink replacement. He said, "Is this good enough or did you want me to print it more clear?" I kept my composure but inside was like, "Are you freakin' kidding me?" I asked if he read the email and he did not, so I gave him the update and he went through the motions. He didn't cut the paper, and instead directed me to the cutting board. All said and done, 2 pages was around $9, so rest-assured, I will not be back. I still have to go home to cut the labels. Anyway, I see that the drivers mix up the two instructions even after my detailed delivery instruction. I have mobility issues and can't take heavy boxes to the other bldg from my home. Also today I had a delivery to my home and the driver dropped it off near the street next to my trash cans. I have a long driveway to my house. Most of the time the drivers will bring to my front door as my instructions. Yet occasionally there is one person(s) who decides to be lazy and doesn't drive up the 1/4 mile driveway to bring the pkg to the front door. Bad thing is FedEx doesn't have an easy way to let them know this without having to call and wait to get a rep to report these poor deliveries. Reply to text or e-mail would be helpful. I only want to provide info so they can train or correct their drivers delivery practices.

I called them number from the text and told them I had not received a call back about errors in the estimate. The person promised me I would get a call back in 24 hours. It's been 3 days.
