I hadn't put any pressure on quick fix or anything. So that means "We don't want your business." So even though Whirlpool lists C & J Electric as a service provider, that is only good if you purchased the actual appliance from them. I deserved the courtesy of a callback and honest answer rather than just being left to waste my day. This behavior ensures I would NEVER want to spend any money there, rather than pushing me to think I should buy there to know I would have service available.
