We had to hire a new contractor to complete the work Jason was contracted and paid to perform in the Fall of 2022. The little work Jason did perform under the contract was very poor. Jason removed four existing concrete stairs and did minor excavating but dumped the waste on the neighboring daycare property. It still sits there today. He even damaged the daycare building when he drove his rented Bobcat into the structure. Avoid Jason Vance.
