Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

I called their billing department and the person I spoke to confirmed this. They said they could either request a check or that the credit could be applied to a future visit. I chose the latter since I had a follow-up scheduled. I went to my follow-up appointment today and the front desk told me I owed $113.16. I asked if that included a credit and the girl at the front desk told me there wasn't a credit. I explained the situation multiple times, showing her the EOB summary and the credit card charge from my phone. After some back and forth, she and another girl said that I had to pay the full $113 or reschedule and they would not honor the credit, saying that their "higher-ups" had told them this. I called the billing department later and spoke to the same person as before, who told me that they should have honored this credit. I should not have had to pay more than what I owed. I will for my insurance to process the claim for today's visit and will call the billing department afterwards to discuss how to move forward, being that I don't have any more visits, but this could have been avoided if they had just honored the credit.

I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.

I walked in with a stiff knee joint, to walk out after 3 months with minor knee stiffness. Iden's recommendation for at home therapy included a plan that will enable me to continue my progression and leaving me with a sense of accomplishment towards my betterment. Isha managed the check-ins, appointments, and general needs of the location, and was very friendly and courteous (in person and over the phone). The facility was clean; there was always someone ensuring pillow covers were changed and tables wiped down after a client finished. The location in Frisco is close to Stonebriar Mall and SRT 121, making it convenient, with ample parking spaces. They recently opened a new location in Dallas near the High 5 interchanges of Hwy 75. The surgery was scary to say the least but we cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Hostin. The surgery went as expected, (Better than we expected), and my husband is recovering. Before surgery the pain would bring him to his knees after standing up for 5-10 minutes. He was up and walking within 24 hours (baby steps of course). Last night we went on a 30 minute walk and other than still recovering from the slight pain from the incisions he feels amazing.
