My experience at this place felt impersonal. I was always one of at least 2 patients being tended to simultaneously and I don't feel like they really treated ME as much as treating a textbook case of what my injury was. I struggled with whether or not to write this review because they were nice enough and have probably treated other people successfully; but the therapy was ineffective for me and I think that was largely due to inattention to individual patient needs. There are many other local options.

Most of her stay , there were delayed in medical care. There was no communication from the staff, STAT chest xray order was done two days after ( no response from the DON regarding this issue) and my mother was noted with linens soaked from her feeding. Her bedside was cluttered with previously used items. On the day that she got really sick with B/P 200/90, shallow breathing with crackles,the doctor refused to transfer her to hospital for further evaluation. The facility , that has licensed staff should know what necessitate emergency care.

Like this is a low income clinic. People dont always have transportation etc and theres no grace period is insensitive to the community it serves. I will be finding a new clinic.
