Michael is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He is not very good at selling houses and finding the right buyer. We had a high end home on the market for over a year in Lincoln Park and he wasn't able to sell it for that time. He finally found a buyer and we lost a lot of money because he wasn't able to position the house correctly. He comes off as very polished,suave and knowledgeable, but he is really a tired salesman with the same widget to sell houses. There are many better agents out there. Beware of this person!
