When I pointed this out, she became smug and outright denied what she had said just moments earlier. She wasn't interested in listening to understand--only in dictating her position and rushing through the conversation. Regarding our water leak, she made an absurd statement: "If you were there, wouldn't you have been able to respond to the issue?" Our response: "So this happening during work, are you saying I could have shut off the main water supply from work and prevented the same outcome?" Her response? Silence. If you're looking for a company that provides real customer service and genuine empathy during a hardship, this is NOT the agency for you. We asked for help multiple times throughout the day, and when I reiterated, "We are just looking for help," her dismissive response was, "Well, you didn't ask me for help." Why did she think we were reaching out in the first place? With insurance companies already under scrutiny for non-payment and policy cancellations, being treated this way was appalling. As a Veteran with PTSD, she hit every possible trigger, making an already stressful situation even worse. Avoid this agency at all costs.
