Comes off as a nice guy, but nice guys wouldn't take advantage of people who are seeking legal help. They do not return my calls or emails. Biweekly payments were supposed to start on 4/20/26 and end on 6/29/26 - 6 payments @ $425 + $750 =$3,300, $1418 is what I would have been charged extra that I did not agree to.

They kept giving us excuse after excuse about why they couldn't follow through with the eviction. We were unable to get an actual attorney on the phone. After 6 months of working with them we hired another firm to take care of the eviction. They were able to complete the eviction within 45 days and mentioned the excuses Girling gave us were just their misunderstanding of the address process. Once the initial consultation was completed and payment was made I felt I was treated very poorly and as if I was just another number, they just wanted to get paid and move on. I felt like I felt that they were extremely rude that they truly did not care at all about your situation. They were happy to take their payment And cut you off.
