Every time I take my dog there to be groomed she comes out completely shorn without a phone call to advise that that is what they are going to do, no doubt to charge extra for what would have been a little tidy up. Pathetic service and pathetic running of what was a great business with fantastic friendly service.

This dog groomer made a mess of my dog!! I picked my dog up to find that she had a complete bald…read morespot taking up half of her back! Cleary her fur was shaven to short and now her skin is exposed. They had also nicked a bit of a mole on my dogs tail which was bleeding. They didn't charge me for the wash and cut but I am still very upset about the incident and will not be returning to the dog depot.
