But thats where our experience really starts, she didn't kick back and wait for the fee, she worked for us from start to finish. If you go in expecting to tour a single place, expect the agent to line up a bunch of other showings and pressure you into them. We ended up in an apartment with a dog, despite telling the broker we were looking for no-pet buildings due to a severe pet allergy.
