When I contacted Bell Studio, they immediately stepped in to help. They had me come to the studio and went above and beyond by printing both yearbooks the very same day so my girls could have them in time to take to school the next day. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way Bell Studio does. They turned a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience for my family. At 5pm I received a call they were 20 minutes away. I decided to cancel services. I wasted an entire day with 5 rowdy kids, then had to sit in traffic for an hour and half after that. To say I'm livid and 6 hours of my life was stolen is an understatement. They clearly have no respect for people's time.

I have used the boat a bunch since and the quality is amazing. There was a couple minuscule issues when I picked up my boat, and they fixed them on the spot. Sent me home with extra parts in case of an issues and guaranteed a great warranty. There are a couple of features that I didn't know I would want until after using the boat that I wish now I would have gotten. I know Dave cares about value for his customers, but I almost wish he would have tried to upsell me, as I will have to go back and add these upgrades at a later date. Sadly, while the boat was in storage, the cover was stolen.
