They have items gathering dust- gee, wonder why? Clearance price items don't even bring up properly.. Bad selection, high prices, bad business motto, bad customer service- and they're closed in Sundays for 'religious reasons.' Gimme a break! Their business hours never suit the working consumer.. they close early, and don't open on Sunday.. Oh, and the owner of corporate hobby lobby is behind the heritage foundation... shop anywhere else'

The staff replied: "We will have the boxes available." Based on that confirmation, I made the trip. When I arrived, I was told their shipment was still being unpacked, so I waited in the area. After everything was sorted, I was informed that NIKKE wasn't part of the shipment at all -- not delayed, not street-dated, simply not included, which directly contradicted the message they sent me earlier. I understand shipments can be incomplete. The issue was being told the product would be available during the event period and only finding out the opposite after waiting around. Time after time Ive experienced slow service. After waiting 20+ minutes to get fabric cut, you trek over to the registers to wait another 20 minutes. It's just too long for a yard of fabric.
