I told the person scheduling the appointment that I would not be there and the tech would meet my tenant. When the tech arrived he said he couldn't do the work because I needed to sign an additional paper. I was told I was called twice and didn't answer, however, I didn't miss any calls. On the contract, the date, my name, and my email address were all incorrect. When I was called to reschedule they said that they would be out for a termite inspection. I called them to spray for he bees! Best of all, I just got an email to review Terminix and then the survey said it couldn't be completed because someone had already filled it out.

The good - the tech called to inform me of levels of service concerning rodent control. My plan called for basic 'sealing' of the house, which sounded ok. The tech informed me that that level does not completely seal the house. If I wanted that I would have to upgrade, and pay more, for total exclusion service. After hearing that I called the company right away and cancelled my contract. I applaud the tech, Gary Sawrun, for being open about the different levels of service. I admire his integrity.
