He came out promptly and assessed the mouse exclusion needs for my home so quickly that I couldn't believe I hadn't figured out their entry point myself! I told the person scheduling the appointment that I would not be there and the tech would meet my tenant. When the tech arrived he said he couldn't do the work because I needed to sign an additional paper. I was told I was called twice and didn't answer, however, I didn't miss any calls. On the contract, the date, my name, and my email address were all incorrect. When I was called to reschedule they said that they would be out for a termite inspection. I called them to spray for he bees! Best of all, I just got an email to review Terminix and then the survey said it couldn't be completed because someone had already filled it out.
