I was informed that they could have a technician out to the house to look at the area of concern, between 1-5pm, also noting that the technician would call when en route. Chris was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected the area of concern, as well as other areas that are known to be of concern; giving us good advice to remove any wood from the basement (that is just sitting), and replacing effected/damaged wood on the exterior corner of the house, before closing said exterior. Noting that this could be done prior to termite/ant suppression/abatement treatment.

He came out promptly and assessed the mouse exclusion needs for my home so quickly that I couldn't believe I hadn't figured out their entry point myself! I dropped hints for him to leave and he did not. Long story short he sold me. I signed up, and the first visit was scheduled. The good - the tech called to inform me of levels of service concerning rodent control. My plan called for basic 'sealing' of the house, which sounded ok. The tech informed me that that level does not completely seal the house. If I wanted that I would have to upgrade, and pay more, for total exclusion service. After hearing that I called the company right away and cancelled my contract. I applaud the tech, Gary Sawrun, for being open about the different levels of service. I admire his integrity.
