So far, so good. This is not steam cleaning. I had experience with "dry cleaning" in the past with another business and I didn't care for the results. Michael shared with me the process he uses and the products and I did my research. While he was at my house, Michael explained this process is restoration of your carpets along with cleaning. It costs more than steam cleaning and takes much longer to clean, but my carpets look great! We don't have kids, pets or other stuff that would cause more wear/stains. Our carpet considering it's age was in pretty good shape before Michael cleaned it and it looks great now! read more

It was too expensive for what we got which includes a sticky film on the tile cleaned, dirty rags on our kitchen counter, and footprints from dirty cleaning solution on one of our hardwood floors. I scrubbed the hardwood clean, but we stick and squeak wherever we walk on the tile. Is the tile and grout clean? Yes. Was it worth the cost? No. Is there a mess I have to clean up? Yes. Was he prepared (his own water, garbage bag, dust pan)? No. And we'll be working on his footprints for the next week. Not recommended. read more

Amazing Job ! Michael came out and cleaned our carpet today. It looks so much better. He spent almost 4 hours working hard. He really wants his customer to be happy. He is a great guy, who charges a fair price and does all he can to make his customer happy. I would not hesitate to uses him again. Back in June I used Michael to clean my carpet after weeks of a new puppy having accidents on my carpet. Each time I've had it cleaned in the past by so called 'green' carpet cleaners my carpet was left soaking wet and not very clean but, of course, I couldn't really tell for sure until it finally dried several days later. Too late! Well, no more will I use anyone else because Michael has a dry cleaning method that works wonders. He was at my home for over 2 hours but it was so worth it because it really works. I would venture to say that my carpet is as clean as it was when we purchased it 5 years ago and I've never been so happy! You should try Michael's service because he does an amazing job. If I could put negative stars, I would, since Michael left my house in worse condition than it was before he showed up. I hired him to clean my tile grout. One of the first things he said after he arrived at my house was that his specialty was really carpet cleaning, not tile. Then he attempted to clean my grout. He dumped this sand material down and ran his machine over it, and then tracked it all over house. He spent about 1 1/2 hours waiting for what ever chemical he put down to clean the grout. Absolutely nothing happened. He didn't try to scrub it by hand or do anything else to get it clean. After basically doing nothing for 1 1/2 hours, he told me he was not going to be able to get my grout clean and he would like $150 for trying to clean my grout. WTF???? At first I agreed because he did get the field of the tiles clean. But then he started telling me that if I just wait for the sand to dry, it will sweep right up. I asked if he wasn't going to clean it up. He responded that he could stay and clean it up if I wanted him to. Ummmm - yes - I do want you to clean up the giant mess you made of my house while NOT cleaning my grout. His cleaning efforts were completely half-ass. He would tell me a room was clean and then I would look and see sand everywhere. I would point it out and then he would explain, again, that that will sweep up once it dries. I finally told him if he leaves now, I will clean up, but I am only paying him $100. He couldn't believe I didn't want to pay him $150 for 'trying to clean the grout'. Sorry Michael - our deal was I would pay for cleaning my grout, not TRYING to clean my grout. Welcome to the real world. He finally left and I am now cleaning my whole house. He also scratched my wood floor with dark red scratches from his equipment. I am completely frustrated because I took a vacation day from work to get this job done, I am out $100, my house is trashed, and my grout is no cleaner. This guy is a joke. read more
