My lender told me that they have little to no luck in getting a proper report. The guy who came to my home for appraisal did not seem to know the job, kept swearing, redoing, swearing, redoing and did not look to be professional. I even doubt he is licensed. Do not use this appraisal service if you want a timely and professional service or else, like mine your mortgage or refinance will be up in the air!
