The wrapping paper options were also lovely, and the selection of items around the shop for not only journaling and book themed things was great, unusual but often undervalued items. My friend finally found more reusable makeup rounds, complete with their own storage bag, after she's been looking for a few months to replace the ones she's had and used for years but are starting to show some definite wear. The cashier and person assisting with stocking were both friendly and helpful without being pushy/overly involved (ALWAYS appreciated as an introvert!). Instead of reviewing the receipt with me, they placed it in the box, so I didn't realize I had been charged for the insurance until later. I was also told that the ring was worth $2,500, which made the situation even more misleading. Customers deserve full transparency about what they are paying for. I expect employees to explain all charges before completing a transaction, not hide them in the receipt. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

This store is located in the plaza with Simply Pho, Grand Hacienda, and Keke's Breakfast cafe. It is clean and has a lot of different sections. There is a cafe with drinks/pastries like most others. The employees there were nice and efficient. I got a slice of Pumpkin Cheesecake after missing out last year due to Hurricane Milton. It was $7 and average sized. 9/10 There aren't many negatives. I liked the floor plan of the previous store more. It was more open and spacious. This one feels a bit more "compartmentalized" Outside of the cafe area, there aren't too many sitting areas. There are a few chairs placed throughout the store. The store is in a large plaza with ample parking. Overall: Good to see the Carrolwood have a replacement so soon!

I was taking my ring to get resized. He answered all my questions and even provided me the time to look at my ring and inspect it and discuss some things that I never knew before. It was a great opportunity for me as a customer, to feel welcomed and also to be educated on things I would have never known about my diamond ring.
