Chicken BLT salad
Stephen W.

Their burgers are delicious! Made to order, over real firewood grill. They are a little pricer than most but are made with fresh ingredients. And they have a vegetable/salad bar where you can add whatever and as much as you want to your burger.

The $10.45 "BLT" Lol. pathetic.

Ordered the BLT sandwich. Cost $10.45 They just gave me toast and bacon. Lol No lettuce. No tomato. Just pathetic.

Went in for lunch as I had never been, but seen many times. Very big inside. Large, varied menu. Big salad bar. I had the brisket plate. I wanted burnt or fatty ends, but the lady taking the order didn't know what that was and she asked another and they didn't know. So, I got sliced brisket anyway. For me, it was dry. That's what happens when all the fat is trimmed off or it's cooked too long. Flavor was there. And the portion was large, 4 big pieces. For me, it was ok, probably should have steared clear of the brisket when the ladies didn't know what I was asking for.

Overpriced and mediocre at best. The hamburgers had a good presentation but you could get the same thing at Burger King.

There are not many choices in Midland/Odessa for nice dining especially when looking for a place to…read moretake a customer or work colleagues. I am very happy that I found Saint Blaise as they hit all three of my marks for restaurants that I take customers to. Food: The food was great. I wanted to get the steak and potatoes but it was $50+ which I thought was a bit steep for just steak and potatoes. I opted for the blackened salmon which was cooked perfectly with delicious broccoli and mashed potatoes on the side that were also cooked perfectly. The gnocchi had a perfect consistency with a non-overwhelming sauce so also phenomenally done. The two drinks I got: Same Place and Maple Manhattan were well-made with each component complementing each other well and not overpowering one another. If you like tequila and manhattans I think you will be happy. Service: The servers were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire visit especially with the waters. Huge kudos! Ambiance: I will say because the inside space is a bit tight and small, having conversation when the restaurant was busy proved a bit difficult but if that is the case they do have seating right outside in the lobby area and having conversations there should not be an issue. I will make sure to be back with customers here!

She had a friendly attitude and made great recommendations on what we should order. Everything was delicious! The meatball appetizer was delicious! The Saint Blaise chowder was wonderful and the bread pudding was divine. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to go back to try the brunch menu!

This is my favorite restaurant in this part of Tx. Mai sure to make a reservation if you show up…read morewith more than two people. The crispy rock shrimp should be illegal. Way too addictive. This part of Texas has no business having sushi that good either. Used to always get the wagyu ribeye, then th Akaushi, then I tried the lamb chops and got stuck on those. They've got a desert that I can never remember the name of that looks kind of like a cheesecake. It's phenomenal. Wait staff is always terrific. Easy to spend over $1,000 here, but also not hard to leave for less than $100/person and have everyone waddling out with a loose button. Fantastic restaurant.

The menu consists of raw plates, apps, salads, sandwiches, land and sea plates, and steaks. Half of the front of their menu is devoted to sushi rolls, containing elevated items like lobster and waygu steak. On the rear of the menu, their side dishes didn't really impress me as there are many starches and only 2 green veggies. This restaurant is still very classy in several ways, or at least they make a valiant attempt. One example, when ordering sushi rolls, they bring out a nice metal chopstick holder. However, the chopsticks themselves are just the cheap wooden ones in a paper packaging. I decided to sit at the bar since the dining area looked busy; however, the bar area was also just as busy. On the bar side of the restaurant, there are actually many more tables toward the back which were mostly vacant during the majority of my visit. I decided to order the steak frites which they say is a Denver cut. Denver steaks are from the well-used shoulder area and typically have great marbling and a deep beef flavor. The dish comes with their truffle fries and bearnaise sauce. It's a simple dish and not their priciest cut, but it's the most affordable way to get one of their steaks without being presented on a sandwich or priced in the 68-275 range as their other steaks. Steak frites - the steak was tender and very tasty. It actually was much better without the room temp bearnaise sauce. Not sure why they have that on the plate since it ruins a steak imo. The steak itself was also luke warm and not hot from the broiler. The fresh cut shoestring fries were warm but not quite as hot as I was expecting. Luckily, the garlic aioli helped. This restaurant is a great place for many occasions but can also be a good place for someone dining solo looking for upscale food.
