I've never had a problem with Keith's until today. I placed an order through door dash, but when I got there twenty minutes later they literally put my order in right in front of me. No apology. No 'I'm sorry we'll get right on that.' They didn't even put a rush on it, it was put at the back of the line and told to take a seat. Thirty minutes go by and nothing. I go to tell them to cancel the order, and the same lady who put in the order didn't even remember me and it had been sitting up there for who knows how long. The food is always good but the service sucks. If they can't operate the app then they shouldn't be on it. I won't be going back. read more

used to be great. Then about 2-3 years ago they started changing what the steak finger basket consists of. they settled on a crinkle cut tasteless French fry instead of staying with the tried and true standard one they had for years. read more

Terrible service today they had two different people check me out at the register and they messed my burger up I asked them if they can remake it the correct way no problem at all and I asked for fresh fries with my burger so I didn't eat old cold fries soon as I asked for fresh fries with my new burger she said I already started eating them like what y'all just handed them to me I set down and stood right up to get my food fixed they were so rude and not professional at all the older ladies at the front are usually nice and I never have a problem with my food or service I'm a regular there but after today I'll never eat there again when I asked for a refund she said I needed my receipt the younger kid didn't give me one just the order number so all in all this place is going down the drain sadly I really liked there food read more

I never had food from this place before. We ordered it at work for take out, because my coworker loves it. I was very impressed. I tried the steak fingers which tasted homemade, the burgers and spicy fries are top notch. This is one of my favorite places now in Odessa to eat!! Prices are very reasonable. read more

I've always to try this little place that is across from the Ector County Coliseum and I'm glad I did. I ordered the steak finger meal and it easily could've served 2 people. The portion was large and very tasty. You have to order when you walk in and I have to say it's a little intimidating not knowing the menu ahead of time especially when there's a line of people waiting for you to order. Food is still awesome however they seem a bit pricey for the fact that you get less than you used to. For the amount you charge me I should be satisfied after eating. Stop being stingy. And no don't add extra fries as they suck as it is. Always soggy and greasy, not fresh. Either ad a couple adult size steak fingers, a bigger salad cup, or lower the price by 2.00. Keith's is great, hands down. They have great quick service, perfect for a carry-out lunch while working long hours. The food has a home-cooked quality and if you're in the mood for steak fingers, chicken strips, or hamburgers this is all you'll need. The dine-in experience is nice, the place is small, so there may not be seating on a busy day. But, I think that is a testament to how good the food is at Keith's. Getting Keith's is vastly superior than hitting a McDs or other chain restaurant, and the service is quick fast and in a hurry. read more

This rating is towards the food ONLY. So I ordered for delivery. The menu for ordering was very simple and very easy to distinguish what sounded appealing. For me, this is a plus as I have a hard time with menus and heavily set selections. Surprisingly, the delivery was VERY fast too. The food arrived at my place hot and ready for me like how I like my women. I heard a car posted outside and I intuitively knew it had to be the delivery driver saving the day for me. Not all superheroes wear capes. He gave me two bags of food. Anyways, I opened up my white styrofoam takeout plate and inside were these gorgeous crusted steak pieces. Yes, you've guessed it--the steakfingers. Inside also were a small salad with a ranch packet, a cup of gravy and mash potatoes with gravy (a selection you can make between mashed potatoes or fries). Also, they provided a fork. BIG win here as I absolutely hate getting my hands dirty. So there I was, just anxiously excited to eat the food. The smell was amazing. It smelled so good, my stomach was hurting from not eating earlier so I had to drop some kids off. We're going off a tangent here. Okay, so anyways, I go back to eating and there it was, the infamous steakfingers. I took a bite and the seasoning for the batter they've used for these steakfingers were A plus. Amazing. I finished my steakfingers and Keith's provides a lot of them. Good value in comparison to the price. Based on the steakfingers alone, the food was very good. Now, mind you, I had two bags. The second back consisted of the double meat hamburger. Anything double meat sounds good to me (that's what she said). I ate into the double meat hamburger soon after taking a long nap that I'm gonna regret. I just reheated the burger for a minute and then picked up the burger, took a bite, and I was surprised. It was very good. It tasted very homemade and I think that is what made my experience awesome so far. Based on the food alone... 4.25 stars out of 5. Good job, Keith's. My husband is working in the area now, and staying a motel. Each night we have gone out to try different places to eat. A friend had recommend the blue hamburger place. With the group of cars wrapped around the place we knew we had found the place. Like a old style diner you place your order at the counter. There was a couple ahead of us, which gave us time to look at the menu. I decided to get a burger and my husband order the steak finger plate. The place looked clean and the people eating there happy. When the order came out I realized my mistake, while the burger was good, my husband's steak fingers were wonderful!! With my experience of the cheeseburgers, fries, steak fingers... it's always been a greasy, soggy, slop-pile of a plate. But tonight, I ordered what I assumed would be safe. A club sandwich. Lunch Monday- Was in town working with the local site. We ran down the road to Odessa. Stopped here for some food. Atmosphere is a throw back to dives. Clean but clearly kept the attitude. The food at Keith's is average. Keith's prides itself for "world famous" steak fingers which they sell on heaping plates with gravy. Mine were way over salted, to the point I couldn't eat them, and the gravy was almost tasteless. I threw them away and ordered a cheeseburger. The burger, while good, was no better than one you'd get at the Dairy Queen down the road. The prices are good and the place is popular but the eating area is small which makes finding a seat during lunchtime tough at times. read more
