Service is amazing if you get a good Employee (hard since they barely have enough Employed). ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK PRICES AND SIGNS The Employee helped me find the best price possible and showed me how to find coupons on their website! Their selection of items are massive everything sold in packs since items can be small. read more

Came to this place to purchase some picture frames. I stood in the frames area of the store for about 20 minutes. I wasn't sure what size frames that I needed to purchase and was looking through different sized frames based on my picture that I brought with me. Also, the frames were BOGO, but, I was not sure which frames were part of that deal. All the while, a Caucasian male employee followed me around, keeping close tabs on what I was doing, yet, not once acknowledged that I was shopping, trying to spend money in this store, or asking if I needed help. As close as he watched me, he knew that I was in need of help. Why did I need to ask when I was already uncomfortably being watched? I pick out the frames that I thought were BOGO, only to get to the register to determine that they were not. I had to find out at the register what brand frames were on sale and go back to the frames area and start my search all over. I'm going to call it what it was. I won't ever be back. read more

O my goodness. Hella ghetto and not the guest quality service you've come to expect from Michaels. I won't name names but I will say.... ALL OF THE OFFENDERS ARE hella hood and just don't want to be here. The energy of the store feels unhealthy and just not some place I'd ever come back to again. Had the pleasure of purchasing at this store where they don't seem to have their priorities in order. An item rang up for $4 more and when I questioned it, their solution was to snatch the incorrect price tag and tell me there was nothing they could do, in addition to giving me back a $10 voucher that was used when I had them reverse the charges. A manager was called and I explained the issue to her, with the employee who removed the tag manning the register. She honored the cheaper price and I thought I'd help by telling her the price tag area was now empty. Her reply was "I'll get to it someday". Exactly! And this is why the store is an embarrassing mess. Keep losing money and maybe the owner will care that you don't take care of his/her store. read more

Being the holiday season you would expect crazy chaos. The aisles were neat and tons or cleared e items. The staff is always helpful.

This is a very nice, clean store. I like the layout, which is a little different from some of the other stores I've visited. Everything is fully stocked. My favorite thing would be that you can actually find employees to help you search for things. They were not only helpful but friendly as well. read more

I just moved to Grand Prairie and came to this Michaels for the 1st time. I have to say this store was an absolutely disaster and honestly I thought the store was closing down. I couldn't even believe how dirty and empty the shelves were everything is all over the place. There were 3 employees near the frame section just talking and on their phones. When we got to the register there was only 1 girl working and 10 people in line. She never once called for back up.. I took pictures of the store so you don't think I'm over reacting take a look for yourself. read more

Agree with the previous reviews! Love the layout of the store. But it baffles my mind even during covid or especially during Covid, Why management comes up to the front to help my cashier with a register issue but totally ignores customer service.
