The first thing I notice was it smelled like wet dog oh my!! No one greeted me so I just walked up to the watch counter and as I did the woman in the area walked away. Hello?? Stood there for another 5min looking at watches as I over here two of the employees bickering about who was going to lunch and you could hear their tone of the gentleman morale is not high there. Finally someone asked me if I was being helped and I wanted to get my watch batteries replaced so it took about 20 minutes for that which is much longer than I've waited in the past at a different jeweler. In store rep claimed they told me it's no charge due to all stores being closed during Covid ?? So why would they tell me bring it to the nearest Zales to get sized if all locations are closed ?? My experience is not worthy to write in however, I am here to help discourage YOU the consumer from spending your hard earned money here. My center stone for my wedding ring had a chip and was sent to repair, when I say to you that was back in June that is not an exaggeration. I have since then rejected the "repair" 4 times. With one of the rejected repairs a chip in the diamIn addition, in all the times I have been there, I have yet to enter the store and the manager Katrina be available. I am still waiting on my wedding ring to be returned. Allegedly Zales promotes a wonderful, happy experience, yet mine has been completely in the other spectrum. To be continued.... Zales has a big selection of fine jewelry items at 70% off with an additional %15. I found some very unique rings and necklaces. It is always best to check more than one of the outlets because some will have a better quality than the others. I have found that this one has more clearance. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars since I wasn't helped. I went in with the intention of surprising my husband with a new wedding band, since he chipped his. I had been online and basically knew what I wanted and wanted to pay with a card. When I walked in, all the associates avoided eye contact with me and never helped me. I wandered for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I approached one free lady, she saw me, walked away and grabbed the phone to make calls. There are times in life when you have to hit the restroom. I live in Fort Worth and had to drive to Arlington Zales to pick up my wifes wedding ring that she dropped off at the south cooper outlet store for repair. After sitting in a traffic (wreck) for a hour. I asked the lady behind the counter about using the restroom. Only to find out they don't have public restrooms. Now I understand the fact that they do not want just anyone walking into the store to use it. I don't understand when you spend the money that we have spent at Zales and the fact we didn't walk in from the street just you use the restroom why she had an issue with it. Or is it just me? Ok let me start off by saying I've bought plenty of stuff from here and was never treated how I was treated yesterday. Me and my fiancé went in to get some jewelry cleaned and of course with mother's day around the corner she wanted something nice. A set of Diamond earrings nothing to big so I ask the lady where's your diamond earrings. She walks us over to some cheap sapphire white stone bs and try's to tell us this could work for us, let me remind you this is not what we where looking for after looking at some of them we tell her again that we want diamond earrings then she finally walks us to the diamond earrings, my fiancé sees a couple pairs she likes and we proceed to ask pricing the sales lady tells us that we can put them on lay away or try to apply for store credit let me remind you that all my and my fiancé jewelry we purchased from there have been cash. So after I inform her I will be paying cash she try's to push some cheap earrings on us again not the ones we want when we finally narrow it down to the pair my fiancé wants I proceed to make my purchase. The price after the half off because the sale comes out to 400 and something. When I go to pay the lady has the nerve to ask me if I want to put it on multiple cards?? Like really? It might be because we where a young biracial couple or she just must have been pre judging us. My sales lady I worked with previously was nice didn't show us stuff we didn't want and didn't pre judge maybe because she was a minority as well, anyways I made my purchase and wanted to change my info to my new address while my fiancé was giving her the address her first question was what apartment number is that? Really naw it's a house. Again very disappointed with how we where treated y'all might wanna teach your employees to not prejudge the customers you have coming in and that have bought from y'all previously.
