TLDR: This pawnshop does not offer fair bids on merchandise. I am a private business owner. I worked for a pawnshop company for the entirety of 2013-2019. The taller man who seemed to be giving the bids on goods offered me a "courtesy" bid of $20 on ALL of my items. I will try and list pictures/links for as much merch as I need to prove my point. I brought my stuff packed in a double rifle case. It included a Magpul rifle sling, a ATI ghillie camo poncho, 2 boxes of shotgun ammo, and 11 different video games that were WII and Gamecube games. He said he couldn't offer me more on the case because they give them away. I understand.... I used to work in the industry. When we sold rifles/shotguns we would give away the single zipper cheap-o-depot rifle cases. This is not that..... I told the gentlemen that my rifle case was $120, he to my face said "No it's not." without even verifying on his computer. I took the games i had and went down the street to the Game X Change and they gave me $46 CASH for the games alone AND THEY SHARE THE SAME CUSTOMERS!! I had Soul Caliber 2 Gamecube, Super Smash bros Melee Wii, Donkey Kong Country returns Wii, Tony hawks Pro Skater 3 & 4 Gamecube, Sonic Mega Collection Gamecube and a few others. I would HIGHLY recommend not doing business here. Not to mention that it seems like they are artificially influencing their google review rating. You will never find a pawnshop that has a perfect 5 star rating because you just simply can't make all you're customers happy, I understand that. Even if they had just turned me down I wouldn't be this upset. It was him calling me a liar to my face is what did this. Because of this I will not be ever going back to this company. We were very satisfied with the service the young lady provided, she made it very easy for my wife to find a really nice piece of jewelry.

First the hours, specifically on Sunday, are very convenient. We needed a last minute B-day gift on a Sunday morning. They were open. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. They even found a box we could have to wrap the gift in. Unfortunately the charger was left out of the box, upon my arrival the next day they immediately handed it me without me asking at all. This Pawn show made me ridiculously mad. For starters, I have gone here a couple times. Maybe 3-4 times, and every time I go this one lady is always so rude and always refuses to help me out. This time I am typing a review because this is getting ridiculous. I brought my camera in to pawn it, mind you this camera is at least worth $200-300 and I asked to pawn it for $30 until I get my check and I'll get it back out. At first she said, "Yes, I can do $30" Then she tried to take a picture, but pressed the wrong button! She then told me I can't take this it says error. When it actually read, "Error you may not use this function at the moment." That upset me, but then she looked at the camera some more seeing fuzz on the lens and tries to SCRATCH it off with her NAILS. Okay obviously this would make anyone mad. I will not be going back until they fix their management. I am very disappointed. read more

Outstanding customer service. Came in to sell some jewelry, including a broken bracelet clasp which according to the Fast Fix Shop at the mall cost $90 to replace. After telling Mathew the price we were told, he took the bracelet to Cristina who quickly repaired the bracelet in a few minutes at no cost. They bought our other jewelry and my husband got his favorite bracelet back.
