On 09/18/2025 I picked up a tablet and PS 5 with remote and headphones. Everything went normal until I arrived home and discovered that my fairly new headphones had been replaced by some worn outdated phones. The entire system was fairly new. They did show me a video where the items were pawned. Augumentally it was indicated that the headphones pawned were the one given back. .I left the worn headphones and realized how valuable a review of this situation will warn future customers. Take pictures of all items pawned. If it's new..insist they Indicate that on the description section. I will never trust this location again.
