Timely, came out same day!…read more Affordable and Expert Journeyman Plumber! Diagnosed accurately that our main Problem was a propane flow problem, guess what, local propane provider tried to say it wasn't their equipment and was plumber related - this or that deflecting from their equipment. AFTER one very expensive water heater burned up due to inadequate gas flow, a new replacement by Steve (a second high quality water heater), Steve advised us the new water heater would most likely fail just like the first one (that was only 18 months old)! He determined it was a faulty propane gas regulator at the meter. Two guys from our local propane gas provider came out and checked all connections today and were baffled. We asked them to replace the propane gas regulator as our plumber had suspected was the problem. Thankfully they listened and complied after having fully researched other potential causes for my problem. Once they installed the new propane gas regulator all systems checked out safely and with "blue flame" instead of gold! Steve was right from the onset, we have had him do a couple of other plumbing related tasks and again, he was polite, and very professional AND affordable!
