Michael's in the Trumbull Mall is a brilliant jewelry store. The Staff is courteous and helpful. The Product line is of High Value. I am somewhat of a watch Snob. The Manager, Paul Neapolitano is a Watch Oeficionado. He understands mechanical operations and is proficient at many repairs and is a great problem solver. His overall Jewelry Knowledge is vast, with decades of experience. He knows Diamonds and Pearls as a Sage in New York City would. Please visit Paul and his fine staff. Michaels Jewelers truly cares about their customers! Everyone at their Trumbull Mall location answered all my questions and offered advice that only their expert background and many years of experience could offer. This included options I would not have thought of on my own. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgable and skilled. They redid a family heirloom ring that belonged to my grandmother. The results were beyond my expectations; the cost was very reasonable especially considering how beautiful the ring turned out. It was all just simply a very pleasant experience. In today's world it is difficult to find jewelers so caring and honest. However, Michaels jewelers still retains that personal touch when they work with me. You will not be disappointed. read more

Best jewelry store in the Trumbull mall. Incredibly helpful, very friendly service team that is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Prices were reasonable, middle of the road. I went there to get a pair of earrings for my girlfriend and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Laura (my sales person) was quick to show me a variety of earrings in different sizes and styles. The ones I decided on, she wrapped nicely in a gift box. Overall, the gift was a hit and for excellent service ask for Laura! read more

I am appalled at the lack of customer service I have received from Michaels in the Trumbull mall. First of all, they resized my ring wrong two weeks before my wedding, and instead of keeping in touch with me to let me know what is going on, they failed to communicate and left me calling the store every day to find out the status of my ring. Every time I called there was another excuse as to why they were not calling me back. When I finally came into the store to see if my ring was ready, the man behind the counter had the nerve to tell me they only call when the ring is ready, so my ring must not be ready since they did not call. Low and behold, he opened the drawer, and my ring was sitting there while no one had called to let me know. He then tried to make yet another excuse, claiming my phone number must be written wrong, but when he checked the paper, my phone number was written down correctly. They have just created such an exhausting process for me to get my ring, when they resized it wrong in the first place, less than a week before my wedding. While Michaels has beautiful jewelry, they lack greatly in their customer service department, and unless you want a hassle to get the ring of your dreams, do not come here. read more
