If there is no community here, no benefit to being a regular shopper - and I spend well over a thousand a year here - then I don't need the store. Literally all of their products are significantly cheaper online from many dozens of high volume retailers. That's where my money - and your money - should go. The owner will take advantage of you purely for profit, so given that relationship you should have the same attitude. I felt betrayed.

Could definitely be a Knoxville thing or it's that they sell for the msrp so I'd be willing to bet that's why they can't keep any product on the shelf. However, they have a great inventory of singles and it's *not all about graded cards* like ahem some other well know places..... A lot of items in the baseball card cases have been sun bleached, but it's noticeable so you get what you're paying for (it is definitely not a theme of the establishment, just a lot of baseball that they probably bought from a store going oob, still picked up a few of those myself. Last thing, some workers give discounts on the cards from the dollar bins and some don't. Sometimes I'll buy about 35-50 singles in their bins and spend that amount and sometimes I'll pay half that amount for the same number from the same bins. I collect every rookie card, shame on me, but they do have a lot of great base cards!

When i came into the store he was working with another customer so I patiently waited. He then stopped to ask me why I came in today which was awesome. However, once i said i was buying a console, he stopped helping the other customer and started helping me which i felt a little uncomfortable about. I completed the transaction but upon doing it he asked me about subscriptions and I clearly said no im not interested. He asked me again am I sure? and i said yes politely. Now, I come home with charges on my statement. I'm letting yall know now, I will be coming up there and I will confront this guy. This is not okay and we will have it out and that is a promise. Take it out how you want to to take it. But robbery is robbery!
