I let her know that I was looking for a very similar setting for my 3 diamonds. Lily went to one of her online distributors and located what I wanted almost perfectly. About a week later I picked up my new ring and was pleased with the results. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturer defect with the prongs my main diamond loosened up and fell out of the setting. I contacted Lily and she was going to have her new jeweler reinforce the prongs. The new jeweler did an amazing job and built a whole new mounting for my 3 diamonds. My final impression of Enix Jewelry is that they went above and beyond to give me the product I was looking for. I highly recommend this business for any jewelry needs.

Ya see, she never thought she could get another one, cause over the years as her feet have swelled, she just thought that sucker was permanently stuck on there. Well, when she told me all that and how she'd like a new one, the wheels started turning in the Duke's head. I says, "kick that sucker up here and let ol' Duke have a look." I lathered up her toe with some mayonnaise off of the sandwich I was eating. Had to do some twisting and turning, but we got it off. Can't wait to get down to Enix Jewelers and see what kind of selection they've got. I'm positive that we'll have a great shopping experience just like I did before. #thedukeapproves

When I brought in the clock they said it would be 5 months due to surgery on Steve. He sold his interest in the company last November. I was not consulted as to whether I wanted to take my clock back or leave it there. On January 6, 2006 I asked for a status report on my clock. Had to leave a message and asked for a call back. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said they would call with an update. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said the clock maker was bringing some clock back which had been repaired. Mine was not in this delivery. On January 13,2026 They said they would call with an estimate. NO CALL (they said my voicemail was not set up). On January 22,2026 I was given an estimate of $280.00 + tax and that it would be 3 weeks. Said their clockmaker was Black Bear Clock Repair in Kodak. On February 24,2026 had to leave a message about the status of my clock. NO CALL. They said they will contact the clockmaker for a states report. Said she will call me (ya, right!). Was unaware that oiling a mantel clock took 4 1/2 months. It has now been almost 7 months since I dropped off my clock - the new management has had it for 4 1/2 months. I am wondering if they even have my clock and are just stringing me along.

Drove over several time, weren't open. Called before Christmas, was told the crystal was expected to arrive in two weeks. Left my name & phone number so I could be contacted to pick up the watch. Once again, tried calling - no voicemail, drove by - not open. Tried emailing a person who appears to be related to the clock maker! The people I met when I was there in the early Fall were very nice. At this time, I just need to retrieve the watch!!
