I did not find her helpful but another person (one of the five owners) was helpful. When I was cashing out I asked for a bag and was told there would be a fee. I have never paid for a bag in a yarn store and don't expect to when i spend $100. This left a bad taste in my mouth. This would not be my go to store at all for the reasons listed above.

CeCe offers Wednesday night knitting where they pick projects or you can just join and work on your project. Thursday is open knitting or any project you want to do in the afternoon. The people who go to this range from new knitters to experienced knitters and everyone is always willing to help. The selection is vast and CeCe offers classes from learning how to weave to knitting classes (making socks or mittens) or felting classes. CeCe listens to her customers and is always open to suggestions on what classes you are interested in. I find her prices are competitive and she carries excellent quality items. It is definitely the place to go as you will not be disappointed.

There were so many great colors to choose from! I had to make a quick decision because I was short on time. The woman who helped me was so gracious to wind the yard right away and check me out. Two days later I went in again and the back part of the store was abuzz with everyone knitting and laughing together. What a delightful place! On December 20 ,2024 they Shipped by Fed Ex ground and they only came on December 29 where Fed Ex was not able to deliver after 4 attempts. I finally contacted Michlle on January, 6 and told her that I would not be picking them up I was tired in chasing the Items which did not come on Christmas nor on New Year the Items went back to Mint Models and finally after almost 2 month the Issue a refund of $748 this CROCKS want to keep $43 shipping charge and Michale told me I was lucky they did not charge me restocking fee for the cars which never came to me that rich coming from company who did not ship them on time and Items which never arrived to my location.
