If I could give 0 stars, I would. One night my daughter locked herself out of her car and she called Michael's. My daughter asked several times for the price and was told it would be $29. "Really?" she asked. Only "$29? That's all?" The techs assured her it would be no more than $29. However, when they had done the work, the two men insisted she had to pay them an additional $180. Came over immediately to replace an auto key, only to find out the guy was charging me $250 for an auto key replacement that i later found out normally should cost between$10-$70 to replace. Complete scammer! will probably just change his business name within a couple years when there's enough bad reviews. read more

Super quick and reliable service. I came here to have copies made for my home keys and within 10 minutes i walked out with a pair of newly made duplicates. the cost was affordable (paid less than $6) and the couple working there were very friendly. of course people always mention parking, yes there is! well it's street parking but the safeway across the street has plenty of spots. read more

With all of these glowing reviews, I really wanted to like Michael's Locksmith Service. I purchased a new home and called this company to get my doors rekeyed. I work full-time 25 miles away, and my partner 30 miles away...point being, getting back before the close of normal business hours takes a lot of effort. Since evenings and weekends were not available, we agreed on a late afternoon appointment. We made an extra effort to leave work early to meet Michael. I arrived at our house 5 minutes before our appointment time. We waited another 30 minutes after, with no sign. I called, and was told that he came by early to look at our locks/doors but didn't stick around for our arrival nor did he call to tell us that he had been there. He said he could then call me later with a quote. No return call. What a waste of our time, especially since we are not living in our new home yet and made the extra trip out there to meet him. I called another highly-rated locksmith who scheduled after 5pm the day after this fiasco. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I wanted another lock (deadbolt) for my front door after a neighbor saw someone trying to get in the door. When Michael came to install it, he said "You have a very good lock on the door and it would be a waste of money to install another one".
