I looked on your website for the Mansfield store. It said you were opened until 6PM. I picked my 89yr old mother to get her out to get her yarn she needed and we were exited that you were opened. We were more than disappointed to find you closed today. Update your website, not your review page. By that time you have already disappointed a very good customer. read more

I really love this store because they have just about everything to make my home and craft projects look great! The prices aren't bad either, I think the items they sell are pretty affordable and worth the price. They always have sales and clearance items, which is nice. This particular store just redesigned their front counter area and I like a lot better. I think it makes things move much quicker. read more

A bit better. Still not nearly the best Michaels location though. Now that the Westwood Michaels has opened 8 minutes from my house, and is brand new. Nothing compares as well. This specific Michaels store, always is rather empty. At least, when you walk into the store, the right side usually has seasonal stuff but today and my last visit at least was trashed and empty. The back of the store where clearance is, is TINY (as is the storefront sign, which is weird). The selection of the rest of the store isn't a problem and I actually like the layout (since it is the same as most of the other Michaels stores, now that they renovated). The checkout area is fine, and normally doesn't have too long of a line. This Michaels stores is easily described as 4 stars. YET : -1 star for incorrect receipt address. My receipt states they are located at "280 School Street - ST 220", which is half incorrect. It should be " 280 School Street - ST 160", which their storefront and website read. I have called multiple times, seems as they just don't care...... All in all, ok Michaels. Don't go out of your way to go to this specific location. UPDATE : May 2017 This location continues to improve! Shannon and the rest of the employees are just fantastic! Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful all the time. Here is my message to corporate after an astounding experience here and a horrible experience at the Stoughton Michaels "Shannon at the Mansfield Michaels is amazing. I was looking for black canvases and couldn't find them at any other Michaels. The Stoughton location employees were so rude and didn't even carry the product. Shannon was super friendly here and helped me quickly locate the items I needed. She made my checkout experience fast as well. Wonderful. I will be doing more and more of my shopping in Mansfield rather than the Stoughton Michaels! Thanks Shannon!" Shop here. They are always improving! Lots of craft ideas, but they have remodeled recently so take an extra few minutes to figure out where things are if you haven't been here in a while. I try to get stuff when it's in clearance and you can always find a 40%off coupon, which you should use. Their flavors of melting chocolates is increasing and they seem to be trying new ones during holiday seasons. I've dabbled in making bracelets here too and found that I needed to balance myself between specialty bead stores and michaels to find everything I needed. They always have stuff on sale so I would buy during their biggest sale times or it can get pricey. Happy crafting! Oh and check out when they have specialized workshops with scrap books or cake making. During the summer and vacations they offer activities for kids too. read more

I go here all the time since I live close by and I've never had a hitch. The people are always really helpful and scan/offer coupons when I'm unaware of them. Store is always really clean with a ton of people working where I can always seem to grab somebody when I need them. read more

I recently had a vintage concert poster framed. The girl at the counter picked out the perfect mat color and had great suggestions. So easy. They take photos so you can see what the finished product will look like. They did an awesome job. read more

Manager in the framing dept is RUDE NASTY a head case . She flat out refused to fix a couple simple issues that were not done correctly and then ARGUED with me in the store then just walked off and never came back . Had to go to the store manager who told me she is known for giving people a hard time . She actually hung the phone up on me when trying to explain my issues . Tara was great in the framing dept but left do to this nut bully head case who basically has people quitting every other day as you can see there is never the same people working in that dept . Will NEVER go back try another Michaels . She also walks over when your being helped by another member and will try to up sell you on higher priced items . WORST experience I have ever had in my life working with a framer. After spending over 1,500.00 for frames read more
