She worked with us and our contractors (who were amazing on their own) to put us right where we needed to be. I took a chance and regret it. 8 days after payment and items have not shipped. Two emails asking for tracking or reason for delay over their stated policy provide nothing (crickets). I now have no doubt with silver moving up they will cancel order after sitting on cash for more than a week. Interestingly the BBB reviews have changed and the FTC has offered they are looking into company and complaints. Hoping for best and glad EBay and Credit Card merchant both willing to protect purchase. UPDATE - response here but no response on EBay on order paid 10 days prior. Even under formal EBay case.
