On the Saturday of my visit silver spot price was locked at $38.76 an ounce and I brought in a 5 oz bar. He offered me $175 (or $35 per ounce). A different shop I called that morning quoted me $37 per ounce. I went to a 3rd shop that was maybe 15-20 minutes northwest of Colonial Valley Coins and received $38 per ounce on my bar ($190 in total). I won't be going back to or recommending Colonial Valley.
