I had hoped to never have to "try them out" but when I was rear ended I had to make a major claim. I was directed to make a claim directly against the other motorist. Long story short, he lied about being pushed into me and it was a struggle to get anyone to answer my questions or calls at his insurance company. Even after they determined he was not at fault, declined my claim, and went after my insurance company, it didn't make it any easier. I made one call to my agent at Beacon and everything was taken care of within 24 hours, in addition I didn't have to make another call, fill out another form, or do anything else. Every time I go in there (a new car, updated registrations, or any other issue) it's always the same experience. They have the answers I need and things are taken care of right away. I really have no complaints.

Most recently, some douchebag in Slummaville smashed my window to steal the loose change from my cup holder. One quick call to my people at NA Insurance got me on the road to a new window.
