I yelped insurance companies in my area and MTM came up and had great reviews. I called and was connected to Laurie(owner also). Right off the bat she was everything I was looking for in a agent. She was informative,personable,straightforward. There prices were very competitive and seems to carry very good companies for coverage. Yes, like all the other reviews they tell you they will call you back and you never hear from them. A collection agency contacted me as well trying to collect on money not even owed to you. Where do you get off trying to collect money after canceling my policy? Im actually doing so much better now paying much less for more insurance with another insurance company! At first, they changed my policy without telling me when someone left the policy. When I called, instead of apologizing, they made up all the excuses and try to cover their mistake. Then, a few months later, because I owed them $18 they canceled my auto insurance almost two months in advance, which caused RMV to revoke my registration! I knew it from the letter of RMV! I had to go to RMV, spend $100 to re initiate my registration!

These gals rock! OK…read moreso I shouldn't sound so thrilled about insurance but let me explain it this way: I've been with them over 20 years and they're still going strong. I started with auto insurance and due to a series of unfortunate run-ins (literally) with other drivers, I've been in over 15 auto accidents. The first was my fault and every other one was the other driver. Seriously! Who else do you know who's been rear ended THREE times while at a complete stop? Trudy and Linda and now Trish help me with the rental and the accident report and the other guys insurance company and all the other crap that goes along with an accident. One time my fuel tank got pierced by a metal rod on the highway. I had the fire department there and my car was spewing a full tank of gas all over the breakdown lane. When I called to tell them what happened (my second call after AAA) Trish even came and got me and brought me to work. How awesome is that?!?! When I bought my house, I went to them for my homeowners insurance. They work hard to make sure you get the best deal around as far as pricing is concerned. They tell you all those stupid tid-bits you'd never know about insuranc-y things like umbrella insurance. Who knew? Today in NH its 5° outside and I called the Andover Mass location for a tow. I am sick so I had my sister put the key on the driver's seat so I would not have to get close to the driver. When he showed up I spoke to him from the end of my driveway and told him the key was in the car. He said he needed a flatbed and someone else would be here. I waited 1 hour then I got a call from dispatch telling me that the driver wasn't comfortable towing my car!!!!! What the F#÷+ AM I PAYING FOR??? The office will give the excuses of a heavy call volume, doing everything we can, not enough help, driver had to make another stop...yada yada yada. They will promise a manager will call you back in five minutes and never receive a call. Typical big business run around. Better off just putting towing on your insurance policy.Cheaper and more efficient than using these Bozo's. I finally had enough and had to call another tow company. AAA never showed. Nice huh? Tomorrow I will be cancelling our three memberships.
