Dr. Chece came very highly recommended especailly from my physical therapist. This pratice was the…read moreworse experience I have had for a general practitioner. I was put on the defensive from my first visit with Dr. Chece. I explained that I tried to reach the nurse pratitioner I had paid an extyra $100 for concieger fees and never got a call back. I felt like it was my fault when I tried to explain the lack of access or follow-up. Then I was told to take some samples to the lab. Had to call for 3 days before getting the results that were in. Then the receptionaist finally gave me the results and asked me if I wanted to be treated for it. No doctor follow-up or call from the nurse practitioner. I then called because I needed a follow-up treatment and didn't get a call back for a week. So now i'm back to driving 40 minutes for my health care provider but at least I know she cares. Dr. Jamie Sullivan is an awesome doctor and now I know exactly what I was taking for granted. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. unlike Dr. Chece. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I get transferred to the RUDEST front desk woman who was first off CLUELESS, second RUDE AND COULDN'T TELL ME IF IT WAS MONDAY TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY it is infuriating and extremely disappointing. I used to love this office Dr Schwartz was incredible and the nurses he worked with so warm and welcoming! I can't say the same about the front desk personnel now. So glad I have moved won't plan on dealing with that office ever again once I receive the medical records. If you want to answer the phone AT YOUR JOB WHERE YOU WORK AND THIS IS PART OF YOUR JOB Don't give the patients a hard time, a bad attitude, or smack because it's Monday and you can't sit on your phone on facebook for 15 seconds while you try to help get my records!!!! We've been coming here for over a year now after moving from NYC. Our two kids (toddler and…read morenewborn) have been seen by a range of doctors and NPs and we have not had one mediocre experience yet. We see Dr Cohen and totally trust and adore her. Everyone from the receptionists to the pediatricians are friendly, informative, and efficient. We've never had an issue with same day sick visits, no matter when we call. And we haven't had to wait more than 5 mins upon arriving. Truly an amazing practice - we're so grateful for them.

My 100th First to Review!…read more I always find it somewhat awkward reviewing medical professionals... from doctors to dentists, therapists and the like, the unique relationship formed between specialists and their patients seem a strange thing to attach a review to. In any case, the scenario is easier when you have only good things to report. Over the years I have had to switch primary physicians a number of times. Since having left my pediatrician for obvious reasons, insurance changes have forced these necessary adjustments. Fortunately, these exchanges have led me to Dr. Michael Campbell's care. Dr. Campbell is an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable physician practicing Family and Internal Medicine in Fall River, MA. A 2001 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, this physician works out of Millview Medical Associates and is affiliated with several surrounding medical establishments. As a healthcare professional myself, it is sometimes difficult to find a physician who will treat you like a patient. What I mean by that is many physicians expect and assume that you know everything there is to know about certain conditions, lab work findings, and medications. This is not the case with Dr. Campbell. He takes the time to willingly review and explain concepts that though familiar to me, are a nice reminder, refresher, or lesson when it comes to my own life. I can only imagine this service is enhanced for those lacking a medical background. He never appears to be in a rush with appointments and don't let this statement fool you... I usually only have to wait about 15 minutes to be called into an examine room. I always feel as though my statements and concerns are heard thoroughly and options in care carefully weighed between the benefits, risks, and what would work best for me individually. It's nice to feel as though you have a working and collaborative relationship with your physician. If you are looking for a primary care physician and he is available to accept new patients, I highly recommend Dr. Campbell for your overall health needs.

Dr. Sun is a sweetheart!…read more I have always found her easy to relate to as well as talk to - about any health questions or concerns. She can handle any general practitioner issues as well as gynecological screenings. This is a small practice so you must have patience when your ailment isn't an emergency, but I have always found the doctor and staff to be great at taking time to talk to the patient and really get to the root of problems. If you are looking for a FaceTime appointment with an automated script machine-type practice, keep looking.....these are not your people! I am so glad to have found a great personal physician right between work and home! (This office is located right next door to EP High School on Pawtucket Ave) I know Doc has scaled back her workload over the last few years....if she can not take you as a patient, ask for a referral to one of her well equipped, peers!
