Her questions made us feel she was treating more than a patient a human being. At the end she prescribed him an OTC Nasal Gel and referred him to an Allergy/Immunologist, waiting for Allergy Test to guide her to a diagnosis. Her staff is awesome, kind and quick to overcome any obstacle. They even made the appointment for Allergy Doctor. We strongly recommend this practice.

We always come in kind of like a hurricane with the kids but they really make us feel comfortable and like we aren't a nuisance to anyone. I called billing and was told they do accept workers comp and the women I spoke to in billing actually took the time and walked me through what I need to do. So using My Chart I uploaded the worker comp adjuster info to the office. I received a message stating I should be all set from here on out. My next visit with Stacy Saller was not as friendly. She made me feel uncomfortable like I did something wrong ,telling me that they don't do workers comp. I mentioned then why didn't they just say that and I would've move on. She could not answer the question. She rushed that visit . She didnt Touch on my high blood pressure which the M A noticed when she took me in. She also didn't ask if I was up to going back to work without restriction. She didn't go over my bloodwork. After all said and done I apologized for any confusion on my part . She walked out the door and with her back to me she said you can leave that way. So un professional. I waited some time because I wanted to think this through before I gave a bad review of which I have never done . This was beyond the pale and I really hope this is read by someone above her.
