All she had to do was drop off the boxes by 3:30pm and my coordinator would set them up. 4:15pm came by and she was nowhere to be found. My coordinator tried reaching out to her by cell but she never answered the phone. I decided to text her and she responded that she would have her assistant drop them off before or by 5:30pm. That's it, no update, apology, explanation or anything. My coordinator was able to finally get a response through text by Nayely stating that Nayely would text her or let her know when this assistant was near or arriving. Nayely never did text my coordinator. Instead her assistant had ran into guests well into cocktail hour which honestly isn't that big of a deal to me (just kind of awkward) when the boxes should have been there 2.5 hours prior. Other than that I suppose the food inside wasn't bad, at least I had no issues with it. All this to say the evening would have been more enjoyable and my rating would have been higher if the communication was better. I am a pretty easygoing person and was not rude or passive aggressive to Ms.Nayely. I sincerely wish her the best.

First off, the quality of the meals is very good - near restaurant quality. I've tried most of their menu... my decisions vary from meals that I would not care to try at all to those that I order each and every time. A few of their meals have looked very appealing to me, but I've held off on buying them due to a high calorie count. But overall, I have never had an unsatisfactory meal from EatFlavorly. Customer service is very good in my experience, as is the communication. If there is an issue (which I've experienced a few times), they will get back to you within a business day and will provide you with a free meal/discount code to compensate you for any trouble. Another excellent feature of EatFlavorly is that there is no subscription required. You can order however frequently you would like, as long as you order at least 5 meals at a time. A final recommendation would be to check their menu on a daily or near-daily basis, as some of my favorite meals will go from sold-out to available, or disappear for a while and then reappear, seemingly overnight.
