Seemed like a fairly nice guy, but then started bragging about how he has so much work to do that he doesn't even have to advertise. I figure, ok maybe they're that good and very busy. Anyway, as we walked around the house it was obvious that Bob was not a huge fan of this job. It wasn't the biggest job in the world, nor the smallest, but I got the impression that he really didn't want to do i (we were getting a few exterior lights and outlets installed with new wiring). He emailed me a quote and I called him back within a day or two of the quote to hire him for the job. I also emailed to hire him for the job. Bob decided to never show up nor call back. I called him another 2 or 3 times and left voicemails. Not once did I receive a call back notifying us either way. If he didn't want the job, at least have the courtesy to give us a heads up. We were having other work done on our house and were trying to coordinate the electrician with the other contractors. It would have actually been an easier job had Bob worked in tandem with the other contractors (as Bob openly said he would during the estimate). Terrible business ethics. Stay away unless you want someone to not return your calls and never show up for a job. I guess a smaller job was beneath RJ Bear Electric.

We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

My husband and I had to go back and forth with him because he wasn't intending on putting g lack of GFCI outlets in the kitchen because according to Randy, "We lived all these years without them so it's not necessary to put them in unless you're doing a remodel." We also had to point out to him obvious water damage that he was attempting to chalk up as nothing. After having to consult with his "floor guy" he finally agreed that it was in fact water damage. After all of that, he stormed out without doing a roof inspection or setting up an appointment to pick up their Home Depot purchased radon detector. When I called the office to find out what was going on, the receptionist was completely clueless, I guess they were planning on trespassing to pick up the radon test. The nightmare doesn't stop there, I had to call multiple times practically demand the report back so I could submit it to the agents in time AND AFTER ALL OF THAT they call me stating that "my check bounced due to insufficient funds" and now they want a new check with a $40 fee. I called my bank, they have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. I guess this is their way to get an extra buck at the end? Absolute atrocity. Oh and the cherry on top, their report was a Word document where half of the pictures were pasted in over the actual report. Good luck to any of their customers. They will need it.
