I do have to clarofy that Doctor Flynn is good, patient and very clear with the information he gives parents, but the rest of the service needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) of improvement.

Dr. Marcus and Dr. Melissa, while ethical and professional in every sense of the words, are the most gentle and comforting pediatricians I have ever met. My child's physical and emotional well-being is a top priority and the respectful, considerate manner in which they approach each visit with my children is the greatest testament to that. It is comforting to know that the staff makes every effort to accomodate children who need to be seen quickly and I can personally attest to that as it has happend on a few occassions. As a nurse, I have had my share of dealings with doctors and Dr. Yerovi, hands down, has the best bedside manner I have ever encountered. Dr. Yerovi is a doctor from the old school. She takes her time answering all your questions, never rushes you, is understanding and willing to work with parents suggestions. You can tell she truly loves her job in the way she interacts with her little patients. She has a very successful practice yet I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see her. Getting an appointment is painless and her office staff is professional and excellent with the children. I have had to contact her on several occasions late in the evening for fever and other parental hysteria and she has always been understanding and reassuring, never dismissive. Before the birth of my son, I was referred to Dr. Yerovi by my midwife group and my Bradley instructor. Their reviews were glowing and after my first visit to her, I was sold. They have a very busy clinic but they don't mind to speak respectfully or respect their patient's time. Such a disappointment.
