I'm in sales, and interior design is my hobby, so I planned to sell my house myself. I so grossly underestimated the process, I asked Claudia to help me in less than a week. She took everything off my hands, helped me identify a price I was comfortable with, and she ended up with a bidding war on my house. The lending process is extremely rocky these days, and when my original buyer was unable to secure a mortgage, Claudia found another buyer and signed them within hours (this may be unusual, but Claudia works very hard so it didn't surprise me). She is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions...but always referred me to my attorney when it was appropriate. She is always transparent and realistic. There were multiple times when I was frustrated with the original buyer situation, and she "talked me off the ledge" multiple times, and helped me get my perspective back. Claudia follows up DILIGENTLY!! I always heard back from her right away, she stayed on top of the process and all involved parties, and if something was urgent, she pursued the involved persons until she got resolution or responses.
