Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

We could not have made a better choice than trusting Sue, because we needed a lot of help. The buyer applied for an FSA loan in Vinita, OK and that lender was unmotivated and negligent. For 7 weeks, every attempt at scheduling a closing date failed. (FSA: "We can't close next week" because "We had meetings all week", "We need to come see your property", "We forgot to order the funds from DC", "The money order was made but now we have to wait 3 business days", ...) But Sue kept our file moving along and kept us informed of every step, dealing daily with the apathetic FSA. After postponing our closing date 6 times, I had lost faith in our sale going through but thank you Lord, Sue stayed dedicated to selling our home and made it happen. She has been our counselor all along and every advice was accurate and pertinent. Sue is honest, focused and hard working. So is everyone at Grand View Realty in Langley. We were very impressed with her knowledge from the very beginning of the listing to the closing at the end. I travel all the time for work and needed to go visit my Mom in a hospital overseas, but Sue always accommodated my shifting schedule, sometimes working early mornings or late evenings - after hours.
