Shop is clean and organized, with a nice comfortable space. Candy was nice and friendly, but when asked to use a little more strength during the massage, she said if she needs to use more strength that it would cost more. After receiving massages for over 20 years, this is the first time someone charged money to use a bit more strength; almost EVERY other massage place would adjust the strength to your liking because it's a basic common courtesy in enjoying the massage. So if you like a delicate soft massage that only targets the surface area, then this may be for you, but if you have knots and stiffness that requires deeper penetration, please go elsewhere or be prepared to pay more. Got there 5 min late. They asked if I needed the bathroom first. Vicky did great work, it took about 1hr 20 min. At times it got loud with other patrons but she managed it. She was pleasant as usual and wanted to make sure I was happy with final result. I didnt get the prepaid refill this time because it didnt save me money last time. My lash lift only lasts so long to make these extensions worth it so I might let them fall off before the next lash perm. Id recommend this place as both technicians did great work on the lashes themselves. read more

I called to book a one hour couple's massage and facial. Because a friend mentioned that they had issues with communication and their appointment, I made sure to confirm that the woman understood what I was booking. The woman in the phone confirmed. The day before the appointment they also called and confirmed the appointment as a couples massage with facial. Unfortunately, when my wife and I arrived the woman at the desk said that only a couple's massage was booked. When I told her that it was confirmed multiple times for a facial as well she said there wouldn't be enough time because they had other appointments. On top of this, she said we would only be able to go one at a time because one of the masseuses was still not finished with a previous client. This not only would not have been a couple's massage but would force us to be delayed with our time so we obviously declined. I found it odd that there were no accommodations made due to this being an error on their part. They seemed all to willing to inconvenience us despite our appointment being made. I wouldn't recommend choosing this place unless you feel comfortable risking the miscommunication. And also your appointment being changed at their discretion. read more

This is the second time I visited this spa. My provider was late to the appointment. I was inquiring about the skin care being used I was told it was GM Collin. However it appeared as though she was using random skin care products not professional. Suggested a hydro facial and did not complete all the steps. Seemed rushed and repeatedly entered and left the room during the treatment. Used a black head tool and marked my skin. My skin looked better before the facial.
