As a nutritionist, she has a wonderful way of personalizing each session. While there are pre-planned topics for each discussion, if there is something personal going on, that always takes precedent. I started my nutrition program around the same time I started law school, so there were many stressors aside from food in my life. I definitely attribute a lot of my success in my first year to having Jenn help me work through the stress and focus and make time in my life for important things outside of school. As a trainer, Jenn is just extremely motivating and challenges you as far as you can go. She makes training fun and helps you set reachable goals, so you are constantly meeting them and setting news ones. She has innovative ideas to help you work around crazy schedules and makes sure that you are always pushing yourself. The facility is fantastic with a diverse, carefully curated range of high-end machines and exercise gear. Claudia is extremely warm, knowledgeable, and motivating--the three most important characteristics for a personal trainer. I was a serious collegiate athlete back in the day and I have worked with several personal trainers, so I can confirm that Claudia is top notch. My husband (bless his heart) has barely exercised a day in his life. Claudia somehow manages to keep our spirits and heart rates up, while customizing each of our workouts to our individual fitness levels. It's not an easy thing to do, but she does it! Also, she's just really nice (which is not always the case with trainers). The personal training rates for partner sessions are very reasonable, so I highly recommend trying to work out with a buddy if you can!

She's always paying better attention to my body than I ever have, and in turn, is helping me build up that awareness myself. She's always customizing my sessions to push me further based on what I need to improve on, what I like doing and what I can do. She consistently checks in on where I'm sore or how I'm feeling to make tweaks as needed and is just great to talk to about any other health goals. In just a couple of months, I've already gone from "I should really work out...at all" to already wanting to double the time I'm putting in because of much better it's making me feel. She seriously knows her stuff and is a treasure trove of knowledge and techniques around getting to better understand my body, its strengths and weaknesses, and learning how to build those up together. She somehow makes it fun and I'm usually looking forward to our sessions (and even on the days I'm not, I'm so happy I did it after), and let's face it that's one of the best parts of a trainer coming to you. Whether I show up 100% ready to go or not, Sasha always does and that's something I've never had working out at home or going to a gym. That initial catalyst of momentum to get going and exercise is worth the cost alone--and her knowledge and expertise make it even better when we need to make adjustments to account for my energy, injuries, or goals that session. I'm always impressed with her creativity too! If you buy any fitness equipment she'll help you use it correctly but no matter what you have around you in your home, she'll find ways to use whatever's around in a way that makes me feel silly for ever thinking that gym access or not having a piece of equipment at home was ever a real barrier to me working out. I was hesitant about the investment in a personal trainer at first, but it's exactly what I needed, and my only regrets are not finding her years ago and not having our sessions twice as often! Within 8-10 weeks of my initial assessment with RunRx, and following their (Dr. Mullins) prescribed strength-based exercises, I'm back to pain-free, full-range of motion work-outs, including swimming! I came to her in July 2022 at my wits end with a mysterious foot injury. This issue had been nagging me and progressively getting worse and worse since 2019. I had sought out professional advice in the past from running experts, chiropractors and other active recovery resources but no one had the solution for me. Even with my own remedies of RICE, rolling/stretching, dietary changes, massages, and medications the injury persisted. It had gotten to a point where I couldn't even run without 7/10 pain or more. If you are a hobby runner you can imagine how devastating and deeply frustrating this feeling can be. She assessed the damage right away and gave me professional no nonsense advice. She preformed an assessment of my injury and we did a gait analysis together. She set me up with modern exercises/tools and a plan for physical therapy sessions. Most importantly she encouraged me to make an appointment with her top choice podiatrist so we could quickly and accurately resolve my issue. These were all steps I would not have taken without the accountability and her guiding hand. Gabby took my injury extremely seriously and I followed her lead. She has the ability at her practice to incorporate strength and physical therapy in 50 minute one on one sessions that are uniquely different from traditional PT offices. She is able to offer the proper customized attention that an athlete needs to literally get them back on their feet as smooth and quickly as possible. It's been about 8 weeks of healing at this point and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. A feeling I haven't had for years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Goshtigian and her team to anyone looking to improve their form, recover from an injury, become a stronger athlete or even prevent injury as she now offers strength classes on Saturdays. The very first thing she does is train breathwork with each movement and her cuing is simple, direct and super easy to follow. It was a sweaty yet fun 50 minutes of an intense full body reformer workout and I finished the session feeling invigorated and rejuvenated! Allie was meticulous with taking COVID precautions as we were the only ones in the studio and she was very diligent with sanitizing before and after.
