Booking an appointment was super easy, the vibe was chill, and they have such a good gel polish selection. I get gel on my natural nails and Han did an amazing job -- he was so sweet, fast, and really good at what he does. It's been three weeks and my nails still look great! I'm already planning to go back for a gel pedi and to refresh my manicure. I'm just so happy I found a place I love here in Broken Arrow. Definitely recommend making an appointment though because they stay busy.

Trifling and lazy. Told me they had too many customers and could not take me. How about you get…read moremore workers. I came in to have polish removed for a surgery I was having the next day. They replied they were booked up with appointments, etc. and have too many customers and don't think they could service me. I came in at 5:45 pm. They are open until 7:00 pm. That's not close to their closing time. If they were too busy they should have posted that information on the door so, I wouldn't have wasted my time even going in their establishment. Or, lock your door if you don't intend to service any additional customers. To say you were full sounds like an excuse because you want to get out at or around closing time. A good business would service all their customers. Appointments and walk-ins. This happened today and I didn't even leave my name, yet they know the situation because they responded immediately to my review. I will NEVER use their business again. I will continue to go to POSH NAILS on South Peoria in the Brookside area. They don't have an issue with making money. Piss poor service. Terrible service.
