The second visit was even worse. The technician drilled my nails down so thin, it burned so bad and in less than 24 hours three of my nails busted and damage my nail beds. I had asked for a French tip with a nude background, and he put no background at all when I asked why he didn't put the nude he just said no. I asked for the French tip to have a second coat because you could still see through the color and was told no again. My daughter's nails came off in less than 12 hours. When I reached out through their review system, I was not met with a response so I called the shop and was met with attitude so she passed me along to the owner but didn't get far. They seem to not care about the customer and only the money. No solution came so just want to let others know what they will be walking into. I'm at huge risk to get a fungus now and will need to seek medical attention. The whole thing has been awful and costs me so much money. Update: owner still doesn't want make anything right. My nails beds now have lacerations from nails breaking and ruts from the drill being in one spot too long. Dr said my nails will be painful for awhile. So disappointing.

She connected with a Serologist named Gage and just loved him and the service he provided. It only took one visit for me to also be immediately comfortable with Gage. He was knowledgeable , courteous, and very professional. When you have an intimate service like waxing there are really only two main criteria that matter: technique and trust. Gage established high levels of expertise in both areas from the moment we met, and this was displayed consistently with each and every visit. Unfortunately I got a call this morning from WTC letting me know that Gage was "no longer with the company". I opted to not keep my appt this week and I will be cancelling my monthly subscription. I am determined to find Gage and follow him wherever he ends up. That is what loyalty looks like. Gage made us feel cared for and I know he truly values our relationship and our business, therefore it stays with him.

Maybe that's just me. I've been waxed several times here by several of the waxers. Each time has been a great experience(as great as having your chest waxed can be ). The staff is super friendly, the place is very nice and comfortable, and it's super clean. I get my chest and back waxed. My wife gets a Brazilian her brows done. She loves it too and she's way more picky than I am.
