Cleanliness is a top priority at this location, creating a welcoming and organized shopping environment. Beyond the store's immaculate presentation, the staff provides exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful, offering valuable assistance without being pushy. I also LOVE their attitudes! Not once at this location have I thought they were being rude nor catty, dismissive or anything of the sort. I cannot say the same for other Oklahoma Ulta stores! Furthermore, the Owasso Ulta maintains impressive stock levels, minimizing the frustration of searching for desired products only to find them unavailable. I went last week and the hair stylist completely butchered my hair She gave me blunt/ choppy NO blending or framing into my other hair. It looks ridiculous honestly. When i saw her doing it in the chair I saw her cut them completely horizontal but thought she has to know what shes doing so Ill just let her do her thing. When I left it seemed like it would MAYBE be okay? But its not, the bangs arent even, they are short and theres literally no blending so they stick out like a sore thumb. I will never be coming back to Ulta (at least this location) for salon services. :(

I walked in to this place in need of a manicure and pedicure. I was happy they took walkins…read more I sat in the chair with high hopes. The man rubbed my legs so hard, he created bruises. I told him to ease up and he called me a baby and laughed. He then scrubbed my feet for calluses. He rubbed so hard, he cut my heel open. I pointed it out and he told me to put Bicks on it. He painted my toes and they looked ok from afar. Closeup you could see all the spots that were missed and smudged. We started on my nails. The manicure itself was good. I asked for a specific shape and even showed a picture. It was nothing like I asked. I had to file them once I got home. Polish job was terrible. The polish didn't even go to the ends of my nails. Fast forward, my heel starts to hurt where it was scraped. I put ointment on it for several days. This morning, it's now 2 weeks, and I have an abcess that I had to open to release. I might be headed to the doctor for an antibiotic. Would I go back? Maybe. If I didn't get this guy again.
