I gave them the opportunity to fix my hair and Kendra + the owner made the situation even worse. When I attempted to address the issue, there was little accountability from Kendra or the owner and no satisfactory resolution. I did not want to return to this salon for any further "correction" and only wanted a refund for the service. If I had gotten one, I wouldn't be leaving a review. They left my hair extremely damaged and I now have significant breakage. Save your money and go somewhere else.
